Accounting Clerk

In this dynamic, fast-paced environment, your duties will be entering and posting journal entries, account reconciliations, month-end close processes, capital asset tracking, monthly commodity tax filings, and assisting the accounting and finance staff in other duties such as variance analysis, departmental reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivables, deposits, filing, etc.

In this dynamic, fast-paced environment, your duties will involve supporting the customer service and technical services teams and processing orders and warranty claims completely, accurately, and in a timely manner.

Sr. R&D Lab Tech (LT3)
Location: Delta, British Columbia
This candidate will provide support for new product validation testing, production assembly verification, prototype builds, field return analysis & competitive benchmarking of high quality, cost-effective fireplace products. Works with Engineering Development team to establish product’s thermal performance while maintaining safe operating temperatures. In addition, assure that product safety, performance; robustness and reliability goals are met, as per industry/customer standards. Develop tests that are effective and appropriate to assess the same.

Technical Services Specialist
Location: Delta, BC
In this dynamic, fast-paced environment, Incumbent will provide technical support for all our fireplace products, including fair and consistent warranty service for our customers.  This involves providing quality telephone support for in-field technicians, dealers, distributors and various FPI departments.  Be knowledgeable on all products manufactured and distributed by FPI and stay up-to-date with product changes and new product introductions. Provide excellent diagnosis, troubleshooting and feedback for all service calls with a view to providing excellent customer support and satisfaction, with product safety in mind. Visit lower mainland dealers as required to assist with showroom set-ups and in-store training as required by account executives and/or managers.

Tier 1 Support Specialist

In this dynamic, fast-paced environment, your duties will involve end user support for computers, desktops, notebooks, phones, various applications and platforms including our ERP system. You will be first line support and create, triage, and troubleshoot tickets, problems and advise on the appropriate action.
