Important Advisory — Replacement Parts for Regency Stoves
Regency Fireplace Products designs and certifies its stoves, components, and accessories after rigorous environmental, safety, and certification testing. Using non-Regency or unapproved replacement parts in a Regency stove can change the stove’s burning characteristics and may create a safety hazard. Installation or use of non-Regency parts will also void your product warranty.
To protect the safety, performance, and warranty of your Regency stove, use only approved replacement parts purchased through authorized Regency Dealers. Please note that most products offered on marketplaces, such as Amazon, are not original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts and are therefore not authorized for use in Regency appliances.
If you are unsure whether a part is approved, please feel free to contact your local Regency dealer for verification and guidance.
